For your benefit, we advise you to purchase your tickets as soon as possible, on the day of booking or within next day if possible.

Most of our discount tickets have severe penalty imposed by airlines for cancellation or change of outbound departure date. The penalty amount vary with airlines and fare types. Yes, for most airlines. You need to call the airlines 72 hours (Air China requires 7 days) before departure of each international flight to reconfirm your seats. You need to do so before your return trip as well. We will provide you the airline phone numbers on your itinerary. You do not need to call US domestic connecting carriers to reconfirm seats, but it is always recommended to call the airlines to double check their final schedules for any changes the airlines may have made after you purchased the ticket.
